"This is our very best airbnb experience to date. We were only the 4th guests. The cottage is in a perfect position within 5 minutes of the centre of Holt. There is parking included which is such a bonus, the parking is 2 minutes away near some lovely allotments. We got take away from the Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk away, we had fish and chips in Wells one evening, we had a lovely balmy evening in the back courtyard of the cottage eating tapas and we got "cook" meals from Bakers and Larners in Holt. We walked to Budgens for any groceries. Communication with Rob and Zoe was brilliant! Very prompt every time, nothing was too much trouble. There are still other things we will do on our next visit when we will probably rent one of Rob's other lovely cottages for a bigger family group. If you are looking for a great cottage in Norfolk do not hesitate, Holt is so central for the area, the people are super friendly and the position of Songbirds in this lovely town is hard to beat. Added to that Rob and his team have thought of everything."
